I am Wenwen Yu, a Ph.D. student at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, advised by Prof. Xiang Bai. Before that, I received my bachelor’s and master's degrees from Xuzhou Medical University in 2018 and 2021, respectively. My research interests lie in the field of computer vision, machine learning, in particular, the areas of scene text detection and recognition, document understanding.

I was a research intern at  Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, and Tencent YouTu Lab. I participated in the ICDAR 2019 SROIE competition as a core member of the team and won the  Task 3 champion.
